The Golden Cadillac cocktail was born in Poor Red’s BBQ (a roadside bar), located in El Dorado, California. The story goes that back in 1952 a recently engaged couple visited the bar and asked for a special cocktail to match their car - a golden Cadillac.

How To Make A Golden Cadillac Cocktail

With just three liquid ingredients, this is a pretty straightforward and easy cocktail to mix. To make the Golden Cadillac cocktail, pour 1 ounce of crème de cacao, 1 ounce of coconut cream, and 1 ounce of Galliano into a cocktail shaker. Place a handful of ice in there, and shake everything together until chilled. Strain the cool mixture from the cocktail shaker into a chilled cocktail glass. Cheers!
